A: Yes! Our professional cleaners arrive fully equipped with eco-friendly products and all necessary tools. If you prefer we use your products, just let us know.
Q: Are you insured and bonded?
A: Absolutely. The SoCal Maids is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
Online Bookings & Account
Q: How do I book a cleaning?
A: Simply visit our Book Now page, choose your service, and select a date and time that works for you. You’ll receive an instant confirmation via email.
Q: Can I change or cancel my appointment?
A: Yes! Log in to your account or contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make changes without a fee.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. We use encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processors. Your information is never stored on our servers.
On the Day of Cleaning
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: Not at all. Just let us know how to access your home securely (e.g., keypad, key, front desk). We’ll take care of the rest.
Q: What should I do before the cleaner arrives?
A: We appreciate it if clutter (like toys or dishes) is tidied beforehand so we can focus on the cleaning. No need to clean before we clean!
Q: What happens if I’m not satisfied?
A: We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something was missed, we’ll come back and make it right — at no extra cost.
