Welcome to The SoCal Maids website (the "Site"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our Site, booking a cleaning service online, or accessing any of our features. By visiting or using the Site, or by booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview: The SoCal Maids ("we," "our," or "us") provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Southern California. These Terms govern your use of our Site, your online bookings, and the services provided.
2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Site and book services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Online Bookings: By booking a cleaning service online through our website:
   • You confirm that all information provided during the booking process is complete and accurate.
   • You authorize The SoCal Maids to charge your selected payment method for the Total Cost, including any applicable taxes or fees.
   • You understand that all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The SoCal Maids.
   • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS when your booking has been accepted. Until then, the booking is not final.
   • Modifications and Cancellations:
   • You may modify or cancel your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
   • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service charge.
   No-Show Policy:
   • If you or your authorized representative is not present at the location during the agreed service time and entry cannot be granted, a full service fee may be charged.
4. Payments: All online bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling unless explicitly stated otherwise. We accept most major credit cards and secure online payment methods. Prices and service fees are subject to change without prior notice, but the rate at the time of booking will be honored once confirmed.
5. Access and Safety: You agr ee to provide safe, unobstructed access to the premises for our cleaning staff. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service if access is not provided or if the environment is deemed unsafe.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service appointment. We will gladly re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
7. Limitations of Service: Our cleaning services do not include: Moving heavy furniture or appliances (over 30 lbs) Handling biohazards (e.g., human waste, pet waste, blood, mold) Exterior window washing Pest control
8. Intellectual Property: All content on this Site—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is the property of The SoCal Maids and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited
9. Privacy: We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services or make a booking online.
10. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
